Moving candidates between stages
Progress a candidate to a new stage, triggering any Manual or Auto Emails assigned to it. The email modal gives you more control than before:
Preview your email with placeholders already replaced
See a warning if an email can't be sent
Choose to progress a candidate without sending any communication
Delay a manual email
Add an internal note when progressing a candidate, which is later visible on their timeline
Rejecting a candidate
When rejecting a candidate, select a rejection reason from the manual action modal, and optionally set a delayed email or SMS, or add them to the Talent Pool for future vacancies.
Bulk actions
Select multiple candidates from the list to progress, reject or communicate with them all at once.
Restrictions
If a user has progression stage restrictions on their role, they'll now see a notification if any selected candidates can't be progressed – whether that's moving a candidate out of a stage they're not permitted to leave, or into one they're not permitted to enter.
