With Talos, you can customize access on an ad-hoc basis for individual jobs, giving user granular access to the system.
This flexibility extends to revoking access as well, allowing you to make changes whenever necessary, ensuring your job postings are always secure and appropriately managed.
Note: you will need access to the 'Can Change Vacancy Visibility' permission against your user account to amend user access at job level.
User Access to a Job
Granting Access
To grant access to a job for a user, find the job you would like to grant access to in the Vacancies screen and click on 'User Access' under the 3 dot menu:
This will load the Vacancy Permissions screen for that vacancy which shows you who has access to the job, and who is the owner of the job (the owner is who originally posted the role, however, this can be changed).
To grant access to that job for another user, click on the 'Add users to see this vacancy' dropdown, select the user you would like to grant access to and then click on the '+' icon:
This will grant access to the role for that user which will then become available in the Vacancies screen for that user.
