Managing your candidates within a job role has never been easier in Talos with the numerous filtering options available.

You can filter candidates based on:

  • Star rating

  • Flags that are added to the system or application form

  • Interaction filters (such as viewed the candidates application, forwarded or communicated with the candidate from Talos)

You can also order the candidate based on:

  • Application date

  • Name

  • Star rating

  • Application score

  • Scorecard rating

As well as order the candidates in an ascending or descending order.

Flag Filtering

Flags are added to the filtering options automatically based on flags that have been added to your forms with the system.

However, there are certain flags which have been included in the system as default, such as:

  • Video screening complete

  • Scorecard complete

  • Right to Work check statuses

  • Credence check statuses
