Note: any modules that are a bolt-on to your system, such as ATR or Careers Page Builder, will only be shown when the module has been enabled on your system.
Introducing the New Manage Communications Screen
Our first rebuilt admin screen is the Manage Communications screen. This central hub allows you to create templated communications that can be used across different parts of the system, such as progression stages.
Enhanced Templates: You no longer need a separate set of templates for each recruitment workflow. Now, you can set up templates to be used across multiple workflows.
Improved Text Editor: We’ve revamped our text editor to include more accessible features

Updated Permissions Management
The visibility and access to various ATS pages are now controlled by the following seven new permissions, which can be assigned through the user admin screens. This update replaces the previous "Client Administration" module and its associated submodules, streamlining access management.
The new permissions groups are:
