What’s New?

  • Simplified Navigation: Our admin screens now feature a refreshed navigation system, making it easier than ever to find what you need.

  • Updated Terminology: We’ve updated the terminology to make everything more intuitive.

  • New Search Function: Quickly find the settings you need with our new search feature.

Note: any modules that are a bolt-on to your system, such as ATR or Careers Page Builder, will only be shown when the module has been enabled on your system.

Introducing the New Manage Communications Screen

Our first rebuilt admin screen is the Manage Communications screen. This central hub allows you to create templated communications that can be used across different parts of the system, such as progression stages.

  • Enhanced Templates: You no longer need a separate set of templates for each recruitment workflow. Now, you can set up templates to be used across multiple workflows.

  • Improved Text Editor: We’ve revamped our text editor to include more accessible features

Updated Permissions Management

The visibility and access to various ATS pages are now controlled by the following seven new permissions, which can be assigned through the user admin screens. This update replaces the previous "Client Administration" module and its associated submodules, streamlining access management.

The new permissions groups are:

Controls access to Edit Recruitment Workflow Stages and Recruitment Workflow Defaults pages.

System Configuration

Controls access to Manage Communication Templates, Talent Pool Tags, SMS Account Settings, Mailgun Email Credentials, Data Retention Policy, Job Board Feeds, Job Board on Email Settings, Manage ATS Branding, Edit Company Details, Manage ATR Processes, Manage Media, and Video Screening Questions pages.

Integrations Management

Controls access to Manage DocuSign Documents, Fourth, and Marketplace pages.

Form Management

Controls access to the Form Editor and Create Killer Questions pages.
