What’s New?

Additional Forms - Users can now have multiple forms for ATR, allowing questions to be specific to a business area.

Edit Completed ATRs - Talos Admin roles, or users with the permission "Can Amend Completed ATR Forms" can now edit and save changes to an ATR form once it has been approved and completed.

Access Vacancy from ATR Dashboard - Users can now access a vacancy directly from the ATR Dashboard for completed ATR requests.

Recently released:

Duplicate ATRs - Users can now duplicate their ATR requests, making it faster and easier to create similar requests without manually re-entering details.

Save ATR Requests as Drafts - Users can save ATR requests as drafts, preventing loss of data and allowing them to continue when ready.

Edit ATR Requests After Process Selection - Users will be able to edit ATR requests even after reaching Process Selection, which would previously disable the request fields for editing.

Edit ATR Requests After Submission Failure - ATR requests that fail to submit due to process issues can be now edited and resubmitted. Users will also have the option to save as a draft if further action is required.

Override & Reject ATRs at Posting Stage - Users with the relevant permission will be now able to override and reject ATRs at the Posting stage, allowing additional flexibility.

Duplicate ATRs:

Users can now duplicate their ATR requests regardless of the request’s status.

The duplicated request will open as a new ATR, pre-populated with details and any documents from the original request. You can then edit and submit the ATR request as normal.

Save ATR Requests as Drafts:

You can now save ATR requests as drafts when creating or duplicating a request. The button will be available on all pages of the New ATR Request modal.

Any drafts created will be stored under "My Requests" on the Dashboard with a Draft status.

You will then also have the option to either continue and submit or delete the draft ATR using the actions button against the ATR. Deleting the draft will automatically remove it from the process.

Edit ATR Requests After Process Selection:

Previously, when an ATR request has entered the Process Selection stage, you were unable to go back and edit any of the information as the fields were locked for editing. Now, you have the functionality to edit ATR request details even after progressing past this point. All fields will remain editable until submission. In addition, any process selected on the Process Selection tab will remain selected

Edit ATR Requests After Submission Failure:

Previously, when an ATR request has errored at the point of submission, you would lose the request you are completing and are unable to retrieve the information entered. Now, when an ATR request fails to submit due to a process issue, you will see a more informative error message which will indicate why the ATR submission failed.

You will also be able to stay on the request modal to make any necessary changes. In addition, you will have the option to save the request as a draft while further action is taken, for example to fix the broken process.

Override and Reject ATR at Posting Stage:

If your user access includes the "Can Override All ATR Processes" permission can now access ATRs ready for posting (i.e., with a Posting status) within the Override tab, you will now have the "Override & Reject" option for a request, enter rejection notes, and submit the request.

Rejected ATRs will still appear under the "Show All" tab with a "Rejected" status, as expected.

Please note: for ATRs of this status, the option to "Override & Approve" will not be available.
