Need to post a role to a job board that is not listed in Talos?
A Job Board on Email (JBoE) will allow you to post a role on Talos and provide the job board with some information from the post so candidates can apply and be filtered back into your job within Talos.
Information: Job Board on Emails will need to be setup in your system by the Talos Support team.
We will need the name of the job board you would like this setting up for and the Support team will be able to add the board so this available to be posted to in your ATS.
Once a job post has been posted to a JBoE in your system, navigate to the post history screen of that job post by clicking on the 'x Job Board' against the post on the Vacancies screen:
Click on the 'View Data' under the 'Response Details' column:
The unique URL within the data popup can be provided to the required job board, who will be able to assign this to your job post on their site. This will ensure candidates are applying via the Talos job post, who will then land in the job within the system and be source tracked as the job board they have applied from:
Note: the unique URL will change with every post and each JBoE. This includes reposting. If a vacancy has been reposted, the unique URL will need to be updated with the job board as this will have changed.
