ATR - Assigning user to a process

Learn how to add a user to an ATR process in the ATR builder configuration screen.

A user must be assigned to an ATR template before they are able to submit an ATR request. The specific template to assign them to will depend on the approval stages required for their requests.

Note: To add a user to an ATR process, you will need access to the 'Can Configure ATR Processes' permission.

Open the ATR dashboard from the sidebar or click here:

From the 'Actions' dropdown, select ATR Builder:

Open the 'Templates' tab and select 'Edit' from the actions button against the required template:

Select the dropdown menu under the 'Used By Accounts' field, locate the user to assign, and click the checkbox next to their name.

Ensure to save the template before closing:

Once the template has been saved with the user assigned to it, this process will appear for them to select from after completing the ATR form and selecting 'Next':
