How it works
Control who can see candidate information per milestone by configuring this in Roles & Permissions. Unbiased Recruitment works exclusively with CV Redaction, meaning users can view candidates with hidden information as well as redacted CVs, depending on their role.
Seeing what's unbiased
The new Applicant Screen highlights to users which milestones are set as unbiased, so it's always clear when information is being withheld and why.
Note: Unbiased Recruitment configuration applies only to the new Applicant Screen. The previous screen continues to function as it always has. |
